摘 要:针对水下作业对水液压执行元件的迫切需求,提出为水下旋转作业工具研发高性能的水液压轴向柱塞马达.根据水的理化特性及液压马达的工作原理,建立水液压轴向柱塞马达的物理模型,对其输出特性包括转矩、转速、脉动等进行仿真分析和试验验证.试验结果验证了模型准确性,得到进出口压差和输入流量对马达输出特性的影响,为水液压马达的研发与改进提供了依据.In view of the growing need for water hydraulic actuators in underwater operations,a scheme was propounded to develop high performance water hydraulic axial piston motor for underwater rotary tools.In the water hydraulic system,the water hydraulic motor is the device that converts the pressure energy of water into rotating mechanical one to drive working mechanisms.Based on physicochemical properties of water and the working principle of axial piston motor,a physical model was developed,numerical and experimental studies were carried out to research its output performance,including the output torque,rotating speed and ripple.The results prove that the physical model is reasonable,and show the effects of the input pressure difference and the flow on the motor’s output characteristics,which provide a basis for the development and improvement of the hydraulic motor.
