摘  要:针对中高压等级系统谐波的治理,设计了一种H桥级联型谐波发生器,分析其谐波电流输出时各单元的有功分布。当输出谐波电流频率与产生的边带谐波频率一致时,会导致各单元出现差异性的有功分量,进而引起单元直流电压不均衡。为此,提出通过载波频率优化的方法来改变各单元有功分布,即在原有载波频率上叠加一定的偏移量,使输出谐波与边带谐波频率不出现重叠,各单元直流有功分量变成低频波动的交流分量,从而维持各单元直流电压平衡。PSCAD仿真以及样机实验证明了所提方法能够有效维持H桥单元直流电压均衡,并且使谐波发生器具有良好的输出效果。In allusion to harmonic suppression for medium and high voltage systems,this paper designs a kind of H-bridge cascade harmonic generator and analyzes active power distribution of each unit as its harmonic current outputting.As the frequency of output harmonic current is in accordance with that of sideband harmonic,there are discrepant active power components of each unit which may cause unbalance of unit DC voltage.Therefore,the paper presents a method of carrier frequency optimization to change active power distribution of each unit which is to overlay a certain amount of offset on the original carrier frequency so as to avoid overlapping of output harmonic frequency and sideband harmonic frequency,and make DC active power components become AC components of low frequency fluctuation,consequently keep DC voltage balance of each unit.PSCAD simulation and prototype experiment prove effectiveness of the proposed method in keeping DC voltage balance of H-bridge unit and ensure good output effect of the harmonic generator.
