摘  要:间歇性分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)接入电网后对线路潮流、节点电压等的影响与其接入位置和容量密切相关。考虑间歇性分布式电源出力的随机性和间歇性,同一配电区域光照、风速和负荷变化具有一定的相关性及受季节变化的影响,为此,采用可处理输入随机变量相关性的基于拉丁超立方抽样的蒙特卡洛概率潮流计算方法(correlation Latin hypercube sampling Monte Carlo simulation,CLMCS)计算含间歇性分布式电源的配电网潮流,以分布式电源和无功补偿装置的年运行收益为上层规划目标函数,以电压改善年收益和降损年收益为下层规划目标函数,建立嵌入机会约束规划的二层规划分布式电源和无功补偿装置容量协同优化配置模型。采用两层嵌套的自适应人工鱼群算法对本文协同优化配置问题进行求解。最后通过IEEE33节点配电系统算例分析,验证了本文模型和算法的有效性。Influence of intermittent distributed generation(DG)accessing to the power grid on power flows of lines,node voltages,and so on is closely related to its accessing position and capacity.In view of randomness and intermittence of intermittent DG output and a certain of correlation of illumination,wind speed and load change in the same power distribution region as well as influence by seasonal change,this paper adopts the correlation Latin hypercube sampling Monte Carlo simulation(CLMCS)method to calculation power flow of the power distribution network with DG.By taking annual operating incomes of DG and the reactive compensation device as the objective function of the upper level and the annual incomes of voltage improvement and loss reduction as the objective function of the lower level,it builds the collaborative optimization model embedding chance constrained programming for capacities of the bi-level programming DG and the reactive power compensation device.The double nested adaptive artificial fish swarm algorithm(AAFSA)is used for solution to the collaborative optimization problem and finally,analysis on the IEEE 33 node power distribution system verifies effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
