摘 要:目的:通过实验研究肘关节屈曲对提携角变化的影响,了解提携角变化规律及肘关节的运动规律,为运动选材及运动训练提供参考依据。方法:随机选取南京体育学院运动系学生40名,用xsens-3D motion tracking分别测量每位学生右臂在肘关节屈曲0°、30°、60°、90°、120°时提携角的大小,并对不同性别的提携角、旋转角度进行对比分析。结果:提携角随肘关节屈曲角度的增大而减小;除肘关节屈曲90度,男生的提携角大于女生的提携角。肘关节旋转角度与屈曲角度无规律的变化。结论:不同性别的学生提携角大小不同,在运动训练时,根据提携角的大小合理的判断作用位置,以提高运动成绩,亦可以直接运用于运动选材及运动损伤的预防。Objective:through the discussion of elbow flexion on the carrying angle changes,understand the carrying angle change rule and elbow motion law,sports training and sports injury prevention to provide a scientific basis.Methods:a randomly selected Nanjing Sport Institute student40 students,xsens-3D motion tracking were measured in each student the right arm at the elbow joint flexion0°,30°,60°,90°,120°carrying angle size,and gender on the carrying angle,rotating angle carries on the contrast analysis.Results:the carrying angle with elbow flexion angle increases;boys carrying angle than girls carrying angle,except 90°.Elbow joint angle of rotation and flexion angle without the rule changes.Conclusion:different gender students carrying angle of different sizes,in sports training,according to the carrying angle size reasonable judgment role position,to improve athletic performance,but also can be directly applied to the selection of athletes and sports injury prevention.
