摘 要:以备战第2届全国大学生越野锦标赛的兰州理工大学中长跑队员为研究对象,对赛前的训练计划进行分析,中长跑运动员赛前训练是很重要的,科学合理的安排,运动员在比赛中就会发挥已具备的训练水平,否则会前功尽弃。正确的安排训练量,既能提高运动成绩,也可以预防运动训练过度疲劳或损伤等因素。通过对运动员的赛前训练进行分析,从而更科学的调整运动员训练计划,不断的提高成绩,观察运动员的训练适应情况,给大学生以及运动员运动训练作为参考依据,为更好的进行运动训练提供一定的科学依据。Taking the middle-long-distance runners of Lanzhou University of Technology for the second national college student cross-country championship as the research object,the pre-competition training programs are analyzed.It is very important for long-The game will have to play already have the training of Fu Fu,otherwise it will come to naught.Proper arrangements for training,both to improve performance,but also to prevent excessive exercise training fatigue or injury and other factors.Through analyzing the pre-competition training of athletes,we can adjust the training plans of the athletes more scientifically,continuously improve their performance,observe the training adaptability of the athletes,and give reference to the training of college students and athletes,so as to provide a better training for the athletes Scientific basis.
