他克莫司联合霉酚酸酯、泼尼松治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察他克莫司联合霉酚酸酯、泼尼松治疗狼疮性肾炎(LN)的临床疗效。方法将76例LN患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。2组均给予泼尼松片治疗。在此基础上,对照组给予注射用环磷酰胺治疗,观察组给予他克莫司胶囊联合霉酚酸酯胶囊治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗6个月后双链DNA(ds-DNA)阳性、抗核抗体(ANA)阳性的比例和血清补体C3水平及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(94.74%比65.79%,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗6个月后ds-DNA阳性、ANA阳性的比例均明显降低,血清补体C3水平及血清补体C3差值均明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论他克莫司联合霉酚酸酯、泼尼松治疗LN具有较好的疗效,能明显改善患者的临床症状,延缓病程进展。Objective To observe the clinical effect of tacrolimus combined with mycophenolate mofetil and prednisone on lupus nephritis(LN).Methods Seventy\|six patients with LN were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group.Both groups received prednisone tablets.Additionally,the control group was given treatment with cyclophosphamide for injection,and the observation group was treated with combined tacrolimus capsules and mycophenolate mofetil capsules.The positive double\|stranded DNA(ds\|DNA)and antinuclear antibody(ANA)ratios and serum complement C3 level were observed before and after treatment for 6 months.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.74%vs 65.79%,P<0.05).Compared with control group,the positive ds\|DNA and ANA ratios decreased but serum complement C3 level and difference increased in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus combined with mycophenolate mofetil and prednisone can effectively improve clinical symptoms and delay disease progression in patients with LN.
