摘  要:汽轮机是火电机组的核心设备之一,其设备安装是电力施工中的关键工序。大型机组的汽轮机低压外缸需在现场组合焊接成整体,低压外缸的焊接变形值一直是机组安装控制的关键点。结合以往新建机组低压缸组合在安装过程中显现出来的问题,分别从低压外缸部件组合质量、选用的焊接方法和焊接顺序、焊接的过程控制和必要的变形控制措施方面进行了总结和分析,为今后减小新建机组的低压缸组合焊接变形值提出借鉴。Steam turbine is one of the core equipment for fossil fuel power plant units,and the installation of steam turbine is a key process in power system construction.The low pressure external cylinders of steam turbines for large-sized units are required to be assembled and welded.The welding distortion of low pressure external cylinders is always a key point of units installation control.Based upon the problems for previous installations of newly built low pressure cylinders,assembly quality of low pressure external cylinder parts,welding approaches,welding order,welding process control and necessary distortion control measures are summarized and analyzed to provide lessons to reduce the welding distortion of newly built low pressure cylinders assembly.
