摘  要:特高压直流输电技术通过提高输送电压等级的方式提高了直流输送容量和输电效率,节约了土地和走廊资源,提升了经济和社会效益。±1100kV干式平波电抗器作为±1100kV特高压直流输电工程关键主设备之一,肩负着抑制谐波、限制故障电流等作用。在±800kV干式平波电抗器研制的基础上,根据±1100kV干式平波电抗器相关技术规范要求,对±1100kV干式平波电抗器的均压屏蔽装置进行研究。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS MAXWELL建立了户内布置平波电抗器的三维有限元模型,利用静态场分析法计算了户内布置平波电抗器的整体电位、电场分布,得到了户内布置平波电抗器均压屏蔽装置的表面电场强度。结果表明,户内布置平波电抗器第一层均压环表面电场强度最高,达到了1151.95 V/mm,通过实际的端对地操作冲击试验验证了户内布置平波电抗器均压屏蔽装置的屏蔽效果,±1100kV户内布置平波电抗器的均压屏蔽装置达到设计要求。EHVDC transmission technology improves DC transmission capacity and transmission efficiency by increasing transmission voltage level,saves land use and corridor resources,and improves economic and social benefits.±1100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors are main devices of±1100 kV EHVDC transmission project,and have been shouldering inhibition effect of harmonics current and limiting the fault current.Based on the development of±800 kV dry-type smoothing reactor,and according to the technical specification requirements of±1100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors,shielding fittings of±1100 kV dry-type smoothing reactors are studied.3D finite element model for±1100 kV smoothing reactor for indoor is built by using software ANSYS MAXWEL.Then±1100 kV smoothing reactor potential distribution and electric field distribution are calculated by using the static electric field analysis method,and the surface electric field strength on shielding structure of smoothing reactor for indoor is obtained.The result shows that No.1 corona ring electric field distribution of smoothing reactor for indoor is the highest value(namely 1151.95 V/mm).The shielding effect of shielding fittings by switching impulse to ground test is verified.It can be inferred that the shielding fittings of±1100 kV smoothing reactors for indoor basically meet the design requirements.
