摘  要:目的:建立高效液相法测定丹参茎、叶、花中迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B的定量分析方法。方法:采用Gemini C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速:0.8 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:286 nm。结果:迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B分别在0.08~2.09μg(r=1.000 0)、0.11~2.67μg(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好,回收率分别为97.4%、98.3%。结论:该方法专属性强,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于丹参茎、叶、花中迷迭香酸和丹酚酸B的含量测定,以便更好地开发和利用丹参茎、叶、花资源。Objective:To establish a method for the determination content of rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B in the stems,leaves and flowers of Salvia miltiorrhiza by HPLC.Methods:the effective components were separated by HPLC with Gemini C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)in a gradient elution of acetonitrile and water with 0.05%H 3 PO 4 as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30℃and detection wavelength was 286 nm.Results:The linear ranges of rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B were 0.08-2.09μg(r=1.000 0),0.11-2.67μg(r=0.999 9).Conclusion:The method is highly specific,accurate and reliable and has good repeatability.It is suitable for the determination of the content of rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B in the stems,leaves and flowers in S.miltiorrhiza.
