摘　　要：目的:建立六味颈康胶囊中重金属元素铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量的测定方法。方法:微波消解法处理样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法检测。射频入射功率为1200 W,载气为高纯氩气,流速为1.04 L·min^(-1),采样深度为5 mm。结果:铅、镉、砷、汞、铜在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r均不低于0.999 6);精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD均<2.0%;平均加样回收率在92.51%~94.95%,RSD均<2.9%(n=9);铅、镉、砷、汞、铜检测限分别为0.32、0.02、0.12、0.01、0.13 ng·mL^(-1)。结论:该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、专属性强、结果准确、可靠,可用于六味颈康胶囊中重金属元素含量的测定。Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Liuwei Jingkang Capsules.Methods:The samples were digested by microwave and determined by ICP-MS.It was conducted with radio frequency of 1200W,carrier gas of high purity argon at the flow rate of 1.04 L·min-1,with sampling depth of 5 mm.Results:There was a good linear relationship in the quality concentration of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu(r>0.999 6).RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all within 2%and the average recovery was in the range of 92.51%-94.95%(RSD<2.9%,n=9).The detection limit of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu were respectively 0.32,0.02,0.12,0.01,0.13 ng·mL-1.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,specific,accurate and reliable and it can be used for the content determination of heavy metals in Liuwei Jingkang Capsules.
