摘　　要：典型舰船操纵项目对操纵人员的能力素质要求很高,文章分析了舰船操纵人员应该具备的技能,一是正确把握操纵力与自然力的关系;二是正确应对舰船操纵中可能出现的应急状态;三是正确把握各项操纵项目的重点环节,对于舰船操纵安全给操纵人员有益的启迪和思考.A typical ship maneuvering project requires the ability and quality of the operator to be very high.The article analyzes the ship operators should have the skills,the first is to correctly grasp the relationship between the force and the natural force;the second is the correct response to ship operations may occur in the emergency;Third,the correct grasp of the key aspects of the operation of the project,to the ship operators useful inspiration and thinking.
