摘 要:传统的水动力图解法因其局限性已无法高效、准确地解决燃气角管式蒸汽锅炉管路水动力特性的计算.本文以有向图理论为基础,提出一种燃气角管式蒸汽锅炉水动力计算的新方法.该方法将单回路的计算推广到锅炉整体多个回路的水系统,从而避免单独进行简单回路水动力计算时造成的回路间不匹配的问题,且易于编程计算,使蒸汽锅炉的水动力计算更加简捷.将该方法用于130 t/h燃气角管式蒸汽锅炉的水动力计算,结果表明:该方法准确、高效、便捷;对于该锅炉而言40%的热负荷是其极限工况,大于此热负荷时锅炉的水动力运行是可靠的.The hydraulic system of corner-tube stream boiler which containing multiple associated loops is complex,so traditional graphic method is difficult to directly solve the hydrodynamic characteristics of such a boiler.A hydraulic calculation method based on directed graph is presented.First,singular node matrix and loop matrix can be derived according to a directed graph consists of nodes and segments from boiler hydraulic system.Second,continuity equations and energy equations will be established by certain means.New method is applied to work out the hydraulic system of a 130 t/h corner-tube stream boiler.The result illustrates that the new method works precisely and efficiently and brings numerous applications.Results also show that 40%heat load is the limit condition of such a boiler,the boiler should be run above this heat load.
