摘 要:目的:医院物资管理工作以财务管理为核心,加强医院的物资成本管控,降低医院运营成本,提升医院医疗水平。方法:对医院后勤物流中心利用信息系统,针对医用低值不可计费材料及民用材料两类物资进行专项数据统计分析,以信息数据为支撑建立一套切实可行的临床科室物资管理考核办法,并进行实例探讨。结果:以临床科室平均每床日物资耗用成本作为统一考评依据的方案切实可行。结论:通过制定科学可行的考评办法,促使医院从上到下高度重视,物资成本管控工作才能真正落到实处。Objective:To take the financial management as core of material management of hospital so as to strengthen management and control for material costs of hospital,reduce operational cost of hospital and enhance medical level of hospital.Methods:Through utilized information system to carry out special statistic analysis for two kinds of materials included medical unable billing material with low value and civil materials.And these information data were used as support to establish a feasible assessment method about materials management of clinical department and carry out discussion for actual cases.Results:The scheme that average consumption cost of materials in each day per bed of clinical department was used as uniform assessment basis was feasible.Conclusion:Through formulate scientific and feasible assessment method to prompt hospital,from leader to general staff,paying high attention on management and control.And then,the management and control for materials cost will be put into practice.
