摘  要:岩体变形破裂过程的电荷感应规律可对煤岩动力灾害进行预测预报。针对井下环境复杂,电磁干扰严重,利用高性能双运放AD823芯片研制了一种新型煤岩破裂电荷传感器,采用压电陶瓷片制作前端感应探头。对PCB板进行合理布局,采取半敷铜方式,通过集成优化硬件电路,增强电路去噪抗干扰能力。测试电荷传感器放大倍数有21.97倍,输入噪声小于2.3 ke V。实验结果显示:电荷传感器线性度好,抗干扰能力更强,可以准确测试煤岩体受载破裂变形时所产生的电荷感应信号,具有良好的应用前景。Charge induction law of rock mass deformation and failure process of coal can predict rock dynamic disaster.For complex underground environment,electromagnetic interference is serious,high performance double op-amp AD823 chip charge sensor was used to develop a new type of coal and rock burst,a piezoelectric ceramic chip was used to produce front sensing probe.To reasonable layout of PCB,half coated copper ways were used,hardware circuits were optimized by the integration,enhancing the denoising anti-jamming circuit.Test charge sensor has 21.97 times magnification,the input noise is less than 2.3 keV.Experimental results show that charge sensor has good linearity,stronger anti-interference ability,can accurately test loading burst of coal or rock deformation produced by the charge induction signal,it has good application prospect.
