摘 要:为了快速准确地补偿微电流传感器的误差,提高微电流传感器的测量精度。根据零磁通补偿原理,研制了一种微电流传感器。微电流传感器包含感应单元、信号补偿单元以及信号处理单元,其中补偿单元采用有源与无源相结合的方法对输出电流进行相位和幅值补偿,信号处理电路用于实现对二次侧输出的微弱信号进行调理,放大。通过搭建实验平台,实验结果表明利用该补偿方法时电流传感器在测量μA级到m A级的工频电流时准确度可达到0.2级,且补偿方式方便快捷。In order to compensate the error of micro current sensor quickly and accurately,and improve the measurement accuracy of the micro current sensor,according to the principle of zero flux compensation,in this paper,a micro current sensor was developed,which included induction unit,compensation unit,and signal processing circuit.The compensation unit adopted method for combining passive compensation and active compensation to compensate the phase and amplitude of the output,the signal processing circuit was used to regulate the weak signal of output.The results show that by using the compensation method the accuracy of zero flux current sensors can reach to grade 0.2 when the measurement of power frequency current is range fromμA to mA.
