摘　　要：针对目前国内市场上交流阻抗测试设备体积大、价格贵、频带窄等缺点,设计了一种基于自由轴法的交流阻抗测试系统。系统以C8051F120作为主控芯片,包括I-V转换模块、相敏检波模块、ADC数据采集模块、DDS信号源模块等,配合PC上位机数据处理软件,完成对待测元件交流阻抗的测量以及频谱的显示。结果表明:该系统测量带宽为100 Hz^20 MHz,测量误差小于0.5%,频率分辨率为1 Hz,系统有一定的应用价值。Aiming at the shortcomings of the AC impedance testing equipment in the domestic market,such as large volume,high cost,narrow frequency band and so on,the paper presented an AC impedance measurement system based on the free axis method.The system used C8051F120 as the main control chip,and consisted of the I-V conversion module,the phase sensitive detection module,the ADC data acquisition module,DDS signal source module and so on.The data processing software of PC was used to complete the measurement of ac impedance and the display of the spectrum.The results show that the bandwidth of the system is 100 Hz～20 MHz.The measurement error is less than 0.5%.The frequency resolution is 1 Hz.The system has the feasibility and value for application
