同质医疗健康教育模式对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨应用同质医疗健康教育模式护理对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响。[方法]选取在我院产科进行剖宫产产妇150例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组产妇给予常规护理干预,观察组产妇则应用同质医疗健康教育模式的护理干预。对两组剖宫产产妇进行母乳喂养领悟社会支持量表评分(PSSS)、母乳喂养自我效能量表评分(BSES),统计两组剖宫产产妇护理干预后的母乳喂养情况及对临床护理的满意度。[结果]护理干预后,观察组剖宫产产妇的PSSS和BSES各项评分均高于对照组,观察组纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,对临床护理的满意度高于对照组。[结论]对剖宫产产妇实施同质医疗健康教育模式的护理干预能提高产妇母乳喂养的领悟社会支持感,促进掌握母乳喂养技能和心理认同,能明显提高纯母乳喂养率,也有助于提高产妇对护理的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing model of homogeneity health education on breastfeeding of cesarean parturient.Methods:From January 2017 to October,A total of 150 cases of maternal cesarean section in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75)according to digital method.The patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,the patients in nursing intervention group received health education homogeneous application model.Two groups of cesarean section breast feeding,perceived social support score(PSSS),breastfeeding self efficacy score(BSES),two groups of cesarean section nursing intervention after breast feeding and clinical nursing satisfaction.Results:Nursing intervention group,cesarean section PSSS and BSES scores of the observation were higher than those of the control group,the observation group of cesarean section maternal breast feeding rate was significantly higher than the control group,the clinical nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group,and all of the above two groups were related to,there was statistically significant difference P<0.05.Conclusions:Nursing interventions for the implementation of the homogenous medical and health education model for cesarean section mothers and mothers can improve the perceived social support for the parturient's breastfeeding,promote the mastery of breastfeeding skills and psychological identification,can significantly increase the exclusive breastfeeding rate,and can also help to improve maternal tolerance.Satisfaction of care has important implementation value in maternal breastfeeding after cesarean section.
