铁皮石斛花椒鞘锈菌新病害鉴定分析

摘　　要：为研究铁皮石斛锈病的病原及其发生规律,于2014年在云南省保山市龙陵县对铁皮石斛锈病进行调查,采集标本进行病原菌鉴定。结果表明:铁皮石斛锈病由花椒鞘锈菌引起,目前仅分布于云南地区,转主寄主不详。该锈菌危害铁皮石斛、球花石斛和大苞鞘石斛,造成提前落叶,影响生长和产量。该病是铁皮石斛上的一种新锈病,属国内首次发现。1n order to research Dendrobium officinale rust pathogenic fungus and regularity of outbreak,the disease observation and investigation,collecting specimens and pathogenic identification were carry out in field and laboratory in 2014 at Longling County,Baoshan,Yunnan Province.The result were showed that the D.officinale rust caused by Coleosporium zanthoxyli,it was only distributed in Yunnan.Alternate hosts was unknown at present.The rust damaged D.officinale,D.thyrsiflorum and D.wardianum.1t also caused early leaf decay and affectted growth and yield.1t was a new disease on D.officinale which was the first time discovery in China.
