几种软土地基处理方式在工程施工中的应用——以武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥汉阳接线工程为例

摘  要:武汉鹦鹉洲长江大桥汉阳接线工程是武汉市重点工程,在施工过程中必须保证施工安全和质量。而软基处理作为造成支架坍塌、道路破损的主要因素之一,其重要性不言而喻;因此确定合理的软基处理方式显得尤为重要。本工程中,针对不同区域的地质情况,分别采用了清除换填、抛石挤淤、水泥搅拌桩、HAS固化桩、HAS固化土等软基处理方式。这些方式中,清除换填由于受土方运输影响,施工难以连续,严重制约施工进度;而作为软基深层处理方式的水泥搅拌桩,则由于受工程地质有机质含量高的特殊条件影响,难以正常成桩;而HAS固化桩、HAS固化土作为分别替代水泥搅拌桩和清除换填的软基处理方式,通过试桩及试验段铺设情况分析,均能很好的适应工程特殊地质条件,最终明确在本工程中予以应用,两种方式均经工后沉降观测,能够满足设计要求。Hangyang connecting project of the Parrot Island Yangtze River Bridge is a key project of Wuhan,so safety and quality is of great importance in construction.Soft foundation might lead to supporter collapse and road damage.Thus,it is important to handle soft foundation properly.Considering the geological situation of the region,dredging for fill,stone fill,cement mixing pile,HAS solidified pile and HAS solidified soil can be applied in the project.Dredging for fill might be interrupted by transportation of earthwork and it is time-consuming.And cement mixing piles can be hardly made due to the high content of organic matter in soft foundation.HAS solidified pile and HAS solidified soil respectively take the place of cement mixing pile and dredging for fill in the test pile and test road laying analysis,satisfying special geological condition.These two solutions were applied in the project after sedimentation observation.
