摘 要:为了研究辐射诱导与送风结合的复合空调系统的防结露性能和各工况下相应的控制策略,从理论上分析了室内末端辐射诱导器的开孔辐射板表面结露和对流的特性.通过实验得出了辐射诱导器在不同工况下出现结露时的结露速率和传质系数,并测试了不同工况下室内热环境达到稳定状态所需时间和响应性能.通过理论分析和实验结果发现,辐射诱导器的结露特性受一次风量和温度影响,且传热传质类比适用于结露工况,得出了结露速率与传质系数与一次风工况之间的关系.室内热环境达到稳定状态后,影响辐射板换热性能的主要是一次风温度.若出现结露,一次风量越大,则结露速率越高.系统的启动时间和响应能力大幅度优于传统辐射空调系统,且受一次风量影响较大.辐射诱导空调系统具有优于传统辐射空调系统的防结露性能,若出现结露可在维持一次风温度以保持换热量的同时对一次风量进行控制,启动阶段采用较大一次风量时室内热环境能更快稳定.To study the condensation characteristics and the control strategies under different operational conditions of the induction radiant air-conditioning system combining the induction ventilation with radiant air-conditioning,the characteristics of the condensation and the convection of the radiant induction-unit which is the indoor terminal device were theoretically studied.The condensation rates and mass transfer coefficients under different conditions were experimentally studied.The time required to reach a steady status for the indoor thermal environment and the response performance were also collected.The results show that the condensation characteristics are affected by the primary air flow rate and the temperature.The heat and mass transfer analogy is applicable to the condensation condition.When the indoor thermal environment achieves stable state,the heat transfer performance of the radiant panel is mainly affected by the primary air temperature.When the condensation occurs,the condensation rate increases with the primary air flow rate.The start-up and response performance of the system is better than that of the traditional radiant air-conditioning system and mainly affected by the primary air flow rate.The novel system has better condensation resisting performance maintaining the primary air temperature to keep enough heat transfer and controlling the air flow rate are reasonable when the condensation occurs and the large primary air flow rate can stabilize indoor thermal environment faster.
