不同连接方式的不锈钢梁柱节点抗震性能试验研究

摘　　要：为研究国内S31608不锈钢材料栓焊混接梁柱节点的承载性能及变形能力,比较不同种类的螺栓(A4-80、A4-70、达克罗8.8级)以及剪切板是否进行三面围焊等因素对节点力学性能的影响,采用摩擦型连接配置螺栓数量,按照承压型连接确定开孔尺寸,设计了5个梁柱节点足尺试件,在循环往复荷载作用下进行试验.结果表明,3种螺栓所对应的试件极限承载力分别为241.2,235.4和251.6 k N,塑性极限转角分别为3.33×10^(-2),3.38×10^(-2)和3.31×10^(-2)rad,对剪切板进行三面围焊和未进行围焊所对应的试件极限承载力分别为346.7和348.7 KN,塑性极限转角分别为4.3×10^(-2)和5.2×10^(-2)rad.5个试件的滞回曲线饱满光滑,无捏缩现象.不同种类的螺栓对试件的承载能力和延性性能影响较小,综合考虑金属间腐蚀和单价等因素,建议选用A4-70螺栓应用于不锈钢梁柱栓焊节点中.To study the bearing and deformation capacities of welded-and-bolted connections fabricated from stainless steel S31608 in China as well as the effects of different types of bolts(A4-80,A4-70 and Dacromet 8.8)and three-edge weld on its mechanical behavior,five full-size specimens were designed by adopting the friction type connection to determine the number of bolts and using the pressure-bearing type connection to calculate the hole dimension.All the specimens were tested under cyclic loading.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacities of those three connections by using different types of bolts are 241.2,235.4,and 251.6 kN,respectively,and the ultimate plastic rotations are 3.33×10-2,3.38×10-2,and 3.31×10-2 rad,respectively.The ultimate bearing capacities of those two connections by using three-edge weld or not are 346.7 and 348.7 kN,respectively,and the ultimate plastic rotations are 4.3×10-2 and 5.2×10-2 rad,respectively.The hysteretic curves are smooth and full without significant pinch phenomenon.The bolt types have little effect on the bearing and deformation capacities of the specimens.Considering comprehensively metal corrosion and economy,the A4-70 bolt is recommended to be applied in stainless-steel beam-column connections.
