摘 要:针对现有超宽桥面铺装平整度较难控制的技术问题,对比了2种常用桥面铺装施工工艺,给出了整体桁架式整平机配合座驾式双盘抹平机抹面的超宽桥面铺装施工工艺,提出了6项重点施工工序、4项施工质量控制措施,并依托京昆高速滹沱河特大桥超宽桥面进行了工程应用。结果表明:整体桁架式整平机配合座驾式双盘抹平机抹面施工工艺可有效提高超宽桥面铺装平整度,滹沱河特大桥平整度合格率达97.1%。Aimed at the technical problem that the smoothness of super-wide deck pavement is difficult to control,two commonly used construction technologies of deck pavement were compared,and a new construction technology for deck paving which combines the overall truss leveling machine with the driving troweling machine with two disks was proposed.Six key construction procedures and four measures for quality control were emphasized.The construction technology was applied in deck pavement of Hutuo river bridge of Jingkun expressway.The results show that with the combination of overall truss leveling machine and the driving troweling machine with two disks,the new construction technology effectively improves the smoothness of super-wide deck pavement;for Hutuo river bridge,the qualified rate of smoothness is as high as 97.1%.
