摘　　要：本文探讨血液透析中心的管理。通过改善环境,加强培训提高业务能力,规范管理制度和操作规程,严格执行感染管理制度,加强健康教育,和患者形成良好的互动关系,提高透析质量,杜绝传染病的传播,减少并发症的发生,提高患者生存质量。规范化管理与血液透析的发展和提高患者的生命质量关系重大,必须规范透析中心的管理。In this paper,the author discussed the management of hemodialysis center.Through improving the environment,strengthening training,improving business capacity,standardizing management system and operation rules,strictly implementing infection management system,strengthening health education,and forming good interaction with patients,the quality of dialysis was improved,the spread of infectious diseases was eliminated,and the incidence of complications and improve the life quality of the patients were reduced.Standardized management has a great relationship with the development of hemodialysis and the improvement of the life quality of the patients.It is necessary to standardize the management of dialysis center.
