摘　　要：目的:探讨徒手旋转持续性枕后位和枕横位的临床应用效果。方法:收治持续性枕后位和枕横位患者52例,均采用徒手旋转治疗,观察应用效果。结果:徒手旋转成功40例(76.9%)。结论:徒手旋转持续性枕后位和枕横位的临床应用效果较好。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of unarmed rotation of persistent occipital posterior position and occipital transverse position.Methods:52 patients with persistent occipital posterior position and occipital transverse position were selected and they were treated with unarmed rotation.We observed the effect of the application.Results:There were 40 cases(76.9%)of successful unarmed rotation.Conclusion:The clinical application effect of unarmed rotation of persistent occipital posterior position and occipital transverse position was good.
