摘　　要：目的:探讨有限内固定结合外固定支架与钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法:收治胫骨平台骨折患者78例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各39例。研究组应用有限内固定结合外固定支架手术治疗,对照组应用钢板内固定手术治疗。结果:研究组膝关节功能优良率、骨折愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有限内固定结合外固定支架手术用于胫骨平台骨折治疗的临床效果肯定,且患者术后康复快。Objective:To explore the effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixation and steel plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:78 patients with tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group.The study group were treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixator,while the control group were treated with plate internal fixation.Results:The good rate of knee joint function and the healing time of fracture in the study group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment on tibial plateau fracture with limited internal fixation combined with external fixator is positive,and the patients recoved quickly after the operation.
