摘　　要：目的:探讨不同护理措施对心律失常患者的护理效果。方法:收治心律失常患者60例,按照入院时间分为两组。对照组用常规护理,观察组用舒适护理。结果:护理后观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低,护理质量评分高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心律失常患者接受舒适护理的效果显著,可充分稳定患者的心理状态,并以良好的护理质量获得更高的护理满意度。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of different nursing measures on patients with arrhythmia.Methods:60 cases of arrhythmia were selected.According to the time of admission,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were low,and the nursing quality score was high,and there was a difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comfortable nursing for patients with arrhythmia is remarkable,which can fully stabilize the psychological state of patients,and achieve higher nursing satisfaction with good nursing quality.
