锡东新城发展规模与社区卫生服务建设协同发展现况分析与对策研究

摘　　要：基层社区卫生服务,是城市卫生工作的重要组成部分,主要由基本公共卫生和基本医疗组成,是实现人人享有初级卫生保健目标的基础环节。近几年,随着锡东新城的大力发展,常住人口持续增长,原有的社区卫生服务机构和医务人员数量已经远远不能满足现今社区卫生服务开展的需求。大力发展社区卫生服务,构建以社区卫生服务为基础,社区卫生服务机构与二级医院、疾控中心分工合理、协作密切的新型城市基层卫生服务体系,对于坚持预防为主、防治结合的方针,优化城市卫生服务结构,提高群众的自我防病意识,建立和谐医患关系,具有重要意义。Primary community health service is an important part of urban health work.It is mainly composed of basic public health and basic medical care.It is the basic link to achieve everyone's primary health care goal.In recent years,with the vigorous development of the xidong new town,the resident population continues to grow,the number of community health service institutions and the original medical personnel cannot satisfy the needs of the development of community health services.Vigorously develop community health services and build a new urban primary health care system based on community health services with reasonable division of labor and close cooperation between community health service institutions and secondary hospitals and disease control centers.It is very important for us to adhere to the principle of prevention and combination of prevention and control,optimize the structure of urban health service,enhance the awareness of self prevention and establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
