摘  要:采用Pluronic F-127胶体系统接种及次氯酸钠—酸性品红染色法,研究花生茎线虫对花生根部的趋向、定位及侵染特性.结果表明:花生茎线虫的幼虫及成虫均可侵入花生品种冀油7号根部,但花生根尖部对花生茎线虫无吸引作用;而对照爪哇根结线虫2龄幼虫主要趋向、聚集于根尖伸长区并由此侵入.进一步试验表明,花生茎线虫主要聚集于花生根部的侧根基部处,并从基部侵入.花生根部表面人为切取的微小伤口和橫切根部形成的切面伤口均可吸引花生茎线虫聚集、侵入,但横切伤口处的花生茎线虫数量低于侧根基部和微小伤口处的线虫数量.The characteristic of tropism,location and infection of Ditylenchus arachis on peanut roots were studied by the methods of artificial inoculations in Pluronic Gel System and sodium hypochlorite-acid fuchsin staining. The results showed that larva and adults of D.arachis were capable to penetrate into roots of peanut cultivar Jiyou 7,but D.arachis can't be attracted by the peanut root tips;while the 2 instar larva of Meloidogyne javanica as positive control tended to gather and penetrate into the elongated area of root tips.The further experiments showed that D.arachis mainly aggregated at lateral root base and penetrated into the roots. The nematodes also approached and aggregated and penetrated into artificial micro-wounds and transverse section wounds on roots,but the number of nematodes on transverse section wounds was significantly less than that on lateral root base and artificial micro-wounds.
