摘  要:目的探讨小儿原发性肾病综合征患者血浆蛋白Z水平及凝血因子Ⅷ的活性变化。方法选取该院原发性肾病综合征患儿94例作为观察组,另选取健康体检儿童63例作为对照组。入组研究对象均抽取外周静脉血分离血浆,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆蛋白Z和凝血因子Ⅷ水平。比较两组血浆蛋白Z和凝血因子Ⅷ水平变化,急性期和恢复期血浆蛋白Z和凝血因子Ⅷ水平变化,及血浆蛋白Z与凝血因子Ⅷ的相关性。结果观察组血浆蛋白Z水平低于对照组,凝血因子Ⅷ水平高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性期血浆蛋白Z水平低于恢复期,而凝血因子Ⅷ水平高于恢复期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆蛋白Z与凝血因子Ⅷ呈负相关。结论小儿原发性肾病综合征患者血浆蛋白Z水平明显降低,凝血因子Ⅷ活性明显增加,检测血浆蛋白Z和凝血因子Ⅷ水平能够预测小儿原发性肾病综合征。Objective To investigate the changes of plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧactivity in children with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 94 children with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected as the observation group,and 63 healthy children were selected as the control group.The blood samples of peripheral blood were collected from the study group,and plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧwere measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧ.The changes of plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧin the two groups were compared,and the changes of plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧin the acute and recovery phase,and the correlation between plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧwere observed.Results The observation group of plasma protein Z level is lower than the control group,blood coagulation factorⅧlevels higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);plasma protein Z level in acute stage is lower than the recovery period,and coagulation factorⅧlevel is higher than the recovery period,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧwas negatively correlated.Conclusion The plasma protein Z level in children with primary nephrotic syndrome is significantly reduced,and the activity of coagulation factorⅧis significantly increased.Detection of plasma protein Z and coagulation factorⅧlevel can predict primary nephrotic syndrome in children.
