摘　　要：大数据的价值网络驱动之下中国养老服务产业呈现文化融合的特征;在文化融合下,养老服务业实现了价值创新,但其发展仍存有一定的障碍;从跨界治理的视角出发,打破传统的文化边界,选择跨区域、跨行业、跨部门三者兼具的跨界治理模式,有利于应对养老服务产业跨界融合所面临的挑战;主张通过资源共享,突破文化分割、区域分割、服务分割的发展障碍,实现老龄化社会的协同创新与发展。Under the the value network of big data,Chinese aging services industry presents the characteristics of cross-border integration.Based on the integration of cloud computing and big data,aging services industry will achieve integration and value construction,but there are still some obstacles during its development.Based on the perspective of cross-border governance,the paper indicates that an efficacious way,breaking the traditional boundaries of interest,to resolve the conflicts in cross-border integration of China’s aging services industry is to select trans-border governance including cross-region,cross-industry and cross-sector.By sharing resources,the governance will overcome the obstacles of economic segmentation,social segmentation and service separation to aging services industry,and achieve synergistic effects of the aging society.
