摘 要:指出了新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)成立60多年来在经济发展的同时,其生态环境效应是否同步改善是值得关注的问题之一。基于压力-状态-响应(P-S-R)框架模型构建了兵团生态效应评价模型,计算了兵团生态效应综合指数,结果表明:兵团整体生态效应状况在时间尺度上呈下降趋势,由0.515(2008)降到0.481(2015);在空间尺度上,北疆兵团的生态效应综合指数介于0.359~0.600之间,生态状况整体较好,东疆兵团和南疆兵团的生态效应综合指数在0.226~0.363之间,生态状况整体较差。根据兵团不同地域生态状况变化的原因,提出了改善生态效应的建议与对策,为兵团未来区域生态环境的发展提供参考。Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)has made remarkable achievements in economic development.However,it is unclear whether the ecological and environmental situation in XPCC is developing synchronously with social economic status.This paper constructed the XPCC ecological effect based on the pressure-state-response(PSR)framework model.The comprehensive index of the ecological effects of the XPCC was calculatedby the evaluation model.The results showed that the overall ecological effect of XPCC was downtrend in the temporal scale,and the value declined from 0.515(2008)to 0.481(2015);the comprehensive index of ecological effect in northern XPCC was between 0.359-0.600 in the spatial scale,where the ecological situation was better as a whole.Meanwhile,the comprehensive indexes of ecological effects in the eastern and the southern of the XPCC were between 0.226-0.363,where the ecological situation was degenerated as a whole.To improve ecological environmental situation and societal sustainability in XPCC,a suite of remedial and preventative suggestion was proposed to manage ecological security in the regions.
