经济运行状态的DEA模型个案分析——以浙江丽水为例

摘　　要：数据包络分析(DEA)在投入产出效率分析中有着广泛应用,把丽水市置于具体的空间和时间维度中,考察其经济运行状态.在空间上,放在长三角的背景下,建立DEA模型,用该模型评价长三角部分城市经济发展状况,对比丽水市以及内部县市区的运行情况,依据各有关统计局公布的数据测算各相对核算区总体效率、规模效率、技术效率及其规模效益.在时间维度上,选取1998—2012年的统计数据,分析这15年丽水市经济运行的状态.在这样的2个维度上,参照评价结果提出可行性措施,为丽水市经济发展在新的机遇下迎头赶上提供视角,为实现丽水市的"绿色崛起、科学跨越"决策提供参考.Data envelopment analysis(DEA)is widely used in input-output efficiency analysis.The Lishui City is taken as an example,placed in a specific space dimension and time dimension to examine its economic operation.On the spatial dimension,under the background of the Yangtze River delta,the DEA model is established to evaluate the economic development of some cities in the Yangtze River delta.Comparing the operation of Lishui City and the inner counties and districts,according to the data published by the relevant statistics bureaus,the overall efficiency,scale efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of each relative accounting area are calculated.On the time dimension,the statistical data from 1998 to 2012 are selected,analysis the state of Lishui′s economic operation over the past 15 years.By such two dimensions,the feasibility measures are put forward with reference to the results of the evaluation.Provides a road of view for Lishui′s economic development to catch up with the new opportunities,gives some reference for the realization of Lishui′s green rise and scientific leap decision.
