摘  要:基于合成孔径声纳系统的实际需求,设计并实现了一种高效节能、功率可调的宽带声纳发射机。声纳发射机主要由电源电路、功放电路和宽带匹配网络组成,其线性调频脉冲信号频率范围为60~100kHz,最大输出功率为300W。电源电路通过4路电压切换输出实现发射功率调节。D类功放电路全桥差分驱动,提高效率、功率的同时有助于消除推尾波形。结合CAD技术,采用实频法设计宽带匹配网络能够获得比较平稳的声源级幅值和最大功率输出。实验结果表明:宽带声纳发射机带宽约40kHz,其发射电功率较窄带阻抗匹配提高约58 W,最大输出功率接近300 W,声源等级达200dB以上,起伏约3dB,满足合成孔径声纳系统的实际应用需求。Based on the actual demand of synthetic aperture sonar system,an energy-efficient and power-adjustable wideband sonar transmitter is designed and implemented.The sonar transmitter is mainly composed of power circuit,power amplifier circuit and broadband matching network.The frequency range of the chirp signal is 60 kHz to 100 kHz and the maximum output power is 300 W.Through the four voltage switching output,power circuit achieves transmitting power adjustment.Class D amplifier full-bridge differential driver circuit can improve efficiency and power and at the same time help eliminate push-push waveform.Combined with CAD technology,using the real-frequency method to design a broadband matching network can obtain relatively stable sound source level amplitude and maximum power output.The experimental results show that the wideband sonar transmitter has bandwidth of about 40 kHz,its transmitting power with a narrow band impedance matching improves by about 58 W and its maximum output power is nearly 300 W,sound source level reaches more than 200 dB and the fluctuation is about 3 dB,which meets the practical application of synthetic aperture sonar system requirements.
