摘 要:为提高木材运输组织效率,在分析区域木材供需特点的基础上,建立了多周期区域木材运输优化模型,据此进行各周期的木材运输决策。每周期的运输方案受到供材点的供应量,需材点的需求量、最大储存能力以及运材车辆容量的约束,目标是使规划期内的总运输费用最小。以福建省某区域的木材供需情况为例进行了模型的实例应用,利用Lingo11.0进行了模型求解,验证了多周期区域木材运输优化模型的正确性和有效性。最后,通过数值算例进行了多周期区域木材运输模型与传统运输模型的比较,实验结果表明,使用多周期区域木材运输模型得到的运输方案在运输总趟次数和总运输成本上均显著优于传统运输模型,并且运材车辆容量越大,多周期木材运输模型的优化效果越明显,表明了多周期木材运输模型在区域木材运输方案决策中的优越性。The multi-periods regional timer transportation model was built according to the characteristics of regional timber supply and demand to improve the efficiency of timber transport organization.Then the decision of timber transport in every period could be made.The constraints contained supply quantities of suppliers,demand quantities and inventory capacity of demand points and capacity of the vehicle in use and the objective was to minimize total transportation cost in the planning horizon.A practical application of the model was carried out in timber transport optimization of a specific region in Fujian province.The model was solved with Lingo 11.0 and the validity and the effectiveness of the proposed model were proved.Finally,comparison between the multi-periods regional timber transportation model and the classic transportation model was made using numerical examples,and the results showed that the performance of the multi-periods regional timber transportation model is much better than classic transportation model,both in total times of transport and total cost of traveling.Furthermore,the larger the capacity of the vehicle type in use is,the clearer the optimization of the multi-periods regional timber transportation model presents.
