摘　　要：目的:探析PICC在极低出生体重儿的临床应用,旨在为今后新生儿治疗作借鉴。方法:选取2014年9月-2016年12月间在普宁市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的115例VLBW为研究对象,分为常规组(外周浅静脉留置针)57例和研究组(PICC)58例,并观察两组患儿并发症发生情况、平均住院时间、平均体质量增长、平均导管留置时间、平均穿刺次数、置管操作和维护时间。结果:研究组并发症发生率为15.52%明显低于常规组的78.95%(P<0.05);研究组平均体质量增长高于常规组,平均住院天数、平均穿刺次数、置管操作和维护时间均低于常规组(P<0.05);平均导管留置时间明显长于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:PICC在VLBW的临床应用效果显著,并发症发生率低,值得临床应用与推广。Objective:To explore the clinical application of PICC in extremely low birth weight infants,aiming at drawing lessons for future neonatal treatment.Method:A total of 115 patients with VLBW were selected from September 2014 to December 2016 in Puning Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center.They were divided into the conventional group of 57 cases with peripheral venous indwelling needle,the study group of 58 cases with PICC.The incidence of complications,average hospitalization time and average body quality growth,average catheter retention time,average number of punctures,catheter operation and maintenance time of the two groups were observed.Result:The incidence of complication in the study group was 15.52%,significantly lower than 78.95%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The average body quality growth of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,the average hospitalization time,the average number of puncture,catheterization and maintenance of the study group were lower than those of conventional group(P<0.05).The average catheter retention time in study group was significantly longer than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of PICC in VLBW is remarkable,the incidence of complications is low,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
