探讨精细护理模式在肿瘤内科护理管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析研讨精细化护理模式在肿瘤内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2015年1月-2017年1月期间本院肿瘤科的100例患者作为研究对象,并用分组讨论的形式进行研究,常规护理组50例,精细化护理组50例,观察并分析两组护理效果。结果:精细化护理组的护理质量评分高于常规护理组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理模式能够显著提高肿瘤内科护理管理质量,改善护患关系,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze and discuss the application effect of meticulous nursing mode in nursing management of internal medicine-oncology department.Method:100 cases in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected,and were studied by the form of group discussion.The routine nursing group of 50 cases,while the meticulous nursing group of 50 cases were treated with meticulous.Then,the nursing effects of two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:The nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared,the scores of each item in the meticulous nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The meticulous nursing mode which can significantly improve the quality of nursing management in department of internal medicine-oncology,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
