气压弹道式冲击波与局部痛点注射治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:通过分别运用气压弹道式冲击波疗法和局部痛点注射疗法来治疗肱骨外上髁炎,比较两种治疗的疗效有无差别。方法:选取门诊100例肱骨外上髁炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成两冲击波治疗组和局部痛点注射组,每组各50例,分别采用气压弹道式冲击波疗法和局部痛点注射疗法进行治疗,使用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分法评估统计各组患者治疗前、末次治疗后以及末次治疗后4周的分值并作对比分析。结果:两组患者末次治疗后VAS分值均低于治疗前(P<0.001);两组患者治疗前与末次治疗后的VAS评分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后4周VAS分值均低于末次治疗后(P<0.001);两组患者末次治疗后与治疗后4周VAS评分差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:气压弹道式冲击波和局部痛点注射治疗肱骨外上髁炎均取得的良好的效果,短期内气压弹道式冲击波取得了更好的治疗效果。Objective:To compare efficacy of air pressure ballistic shock wave and local pain point injection therapy in treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Method:100 cases of external humeral epicondylitis in outpatient department were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into shock wave treatment group and local pain point injection group,50 cases in each group,air pressure ballistic shock wave and local pain point injection therapy were used respectively.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was used to evaluate two groups before treatment,immediately after the last treatment,and four weeks after the last treatment.Result:After the end of treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were lower than those of before treatment(P<0.001),the difference of VAS score between two groups before and after the last treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the VAS scores of two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those of after the last treatment(P<0.001),the difference of VAS score between two groups at the end of treatment and 4 weeks of after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The air pressure ballistic shock wave and local pain points injection therapy in treatment of external humeral epicondylitis are achieved good effect,and the air pressure ballistic shock wave has a better therapeutic effect in short term.
