摘　　要：居家癌痛患者的疼痛控制水平远低于住院患者,其管理是癌痛全程管理中的薄弱环节。通过组建多学科协作团队,构建基于BYOD移动信息化技术的癌痛全程管理系统平台,能够实现医院信息系统资源的有效整合和工作流程的优化。通过推行个案管理对癌痛患者实施高效、同质化的全程管理,改善患者生活质量,实现癌痛患者的"无痛人生"。The pain control level of home cancer pain patients is far lower than that of hospitalized patients,and their management is a weak link in the whole process of cancer pain management.Through the formation of a multi-disciplinary team,build the whole pain management system platform of mobile information technology based on BYOD,effective integration of information system resources and optimization to the workflow in hospital can be realized.Through the practice of case management,the implementation of high efficiency and homogenization of the whole management of cancer pain patients can improve the quality of life of patients and achieve“painless life”of cancer patients.
