摘　　要：目的:研究Treg与Th17细胞在慢性丙型肝炎患者外周血CD4^+细胞中表达百分率的变化及意义,探讨其在慢性丙型肝炎发病中的作用。方法:使用四色流式细胞仪,分别检测慢性丙型肝炎患者和正常健康人外周血CD4^+细胞中Treg与Th17细胞的表达百分率情况,并分别计算Treg/Th17值。结果:慢性丙肝组与健康对照组的Treg细胞百分率比较[(7.56±1.32)%vs(5.05±0.46)%,P<0.01],Th17细胞百分率比较[(2.12±0.55)%vs(1.19±0.12)%,P<0.01],Treg/Th17细胞比例比较[(3.66±0.42)vs(4.25±0.45),P<0.01]。且Treg细胞与Th17表达百分率HCV-RNA病毒载量呈正线性相关,与转氨酶ALT含量无关。结论:可以将Treg、Th17细胞亚群的含量作为快速辅助判断丙肝患者所处感染的不同临床时期的有效证据。Objective:To study the changes and significance of Treg and Th17 cells in peripheral blood CD4+cells in patients with chronic hepatitis C and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis C.Method:The expression percentage of Treg and Th17 cells in CD4+cells in patients with chronic hepatitis C and normal healthy people were detected by four-color flow cytometry,and Treg/Th17 was calculated respectively.Result:The percentage of Treg cells in patients with chronic hepatitis C and normal healthy people were(7.56±1.32)%,(5.05±0.46)%,Th17 cells percentage were(2.12±0.55)%,(1.19±0.12)%,Treg/Th17 cells proportion were(3.66±0.42),(4.25±0.45),there were statistical significance(P<0.01).And the percentage of Treg and Th17 cells was positive linear correlation with HCV-RNA viral load and had nothing to do with the elevation of ALT.Conclusion:The contents of Treg and Th17 cell subgroups can be used as the effective evidence for the rapid adjuvant assessment of the different clinical stages of infection in patients with chronic hepatitis C.
