快速康复教育路径在胰腺癌围手术期护理效果观察及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究快速康复教育路径在胰腺癌围手术期的护理效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2014年5月-2016年6月本院确诊为胰腺癌的50例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用快速康复教育路径,比较两组手术指标、术后并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果:研究组肛门通气时间短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,但比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理3个月后,两组生活质量评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胰腺癌围手术期采用快速康复教育路径具有良好的护理效果,患者的生活质量得到了明显的提高,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation education pathway in perioperative care of pancreatic cancer and its impact on the quality of life of patients.Method:50 cases of pancreatic cancer diagnosed in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2016 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group was treated with rapid rehabilitation education path.The operation indexes,postoperative complications and quality of life were compared between two groups.Result:The anal ventilation time of study group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),the ambulation time and hospitalization time of study group were shorter than those of control group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),after 3 months nursing,the quality of life scores of two groups were higher than those of before nursing(P<0.05),and study group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation education pathway for pancreatic cancer in perioperative period has a good nursing effect,and the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
