吉林省服务业发展水平综合评价

摘　　要：本文采用因子分析法,综合服务业发展规模、覆盖情况和发展速度三个方面、18个评价指标,全面分析考察吉林省服务业发展的现状与存在的问题。通过选取同为东北地区的辽宁省、黑龙江省,南方地区经济规模相近的陕西省,北方地区经济发展较好的山东省,建立服务业综合评价体系,得出各地区服务业竞争力总体排名,找出吉林省与其他四省服务发展的差距。建议抓住国家重要的机遇,找对策、挖潜力,促进吉林省服务业快速发展。In this paper,the author uses factor analysis method to study the development level of service industry in Jilin province from three aspects.These three aspects are service industry development scale,coverage and development speed.The development level of service industry in Jilin province is comprehensively measured by 18 evaluation indexes.Four provinces Liaoning,Heilongjiang,Shanxi,Shandong,are selected as the study objects.The author holds that we should establish a comprehensive evaluation system of service industry;draw the overall competitiveness of the regional service industry rankings,to find out the gap between the four provinces and Jilin province on the development of services.To catch other provinces,the author further proposes that we seize the opportunity of national important policy measures and find countermeasures,to promote the rapid development of the service industry in Jilin province as soon as possible.
