摘 要:口孜东矿属千米深井,13-1煤煤巷围岩为Ⅳ、Ⅴ类围岩,巷道反复破坏,支护困难。经现场反复试验,在巷道修复和掘砌施工中,采用了新型高强复合支护结构,即锚网索喷+U型钢支架+特殊充填层,取得了非常好的支护效果。该项支护技术可使各种支护体与围岩形成一个整体,共同承受围岩压力,起到单一支护无法达到的作用,有效控制围岩变形,是深井高地应力巷道适宜的支护形式。Kouzidong Mine was a 1 000 m depth shaft mine The surrounding rock of No 13-1 seam gateway wasⅣandⅤtype surrounding rocks The gateway was failed repeatedly and was hard supported After the site repeated tests,in the repair and lining construction of the gateway,a new type high strength compound support structure was applied and was a bolt/steel mesh/anchor/shotcreting+U type steel support+special backfill layer An excellent support effect was obtained The support technology could make different support mass and the surrounding rock formed to an integration to jointly bear the surrounding rock pressure and could play an effect of a single support hard to be reached The support technology could effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock and could be a suitable support mode of the high geostress gateway in the deep depth shaft mine.
