摘　　要：九道岭煤矿东风井净直径5.0 m,井深1 006 m。井筒施工中,采用2套单钩提升,伞形钻架打眼,中心回转式抓岩机装岩,MJY型4.0m高模板砌壁等立井施工机械化配套设备作业线和中深孔光面爆破技术,实现了安全快速施工,最高月成井达190.6 m,创东北地区煤炭行业同井型月成井最高纪录。A net diameter of the mine east ventilation shaft in Jiudaoling Mine was 5.0m and a deep depth of the shaft was 1006m During the mine shaft construction,a mine shaft construction mechanized matched equipment operation line with two sets of the single hook hoisting,the umbrellate drilling rig for the borehole drilling,central rotary clamshell for rock loading,MJY mode 4.0m high templates for lining and others and smooth blasting technology with medium and deep holes was applied A safety rapid construction was realized,a max month shaft completed rate was 190.6m and a month max records of the same size shaft was created in the coal industry of Northeast China.
