大断面破碎围岩硐室开挖与联合支护技术

摘　　要：为确保毛坪铅锌矿98线盲竖井大断面机房硐室的掘进及支护安全,针对硐室断面较大、围岩破碎和地应力高等特点,硐室施工中,采用"上下导硐、先拱后墙、分层开挖",结合"无轨盘旋斜坡道、溜井出渣"的开挖技术;并采用锚网索喷+钢筋混凝土砌碹联合支护形式,收到预期效果。围岩变形监测结果表明:锚网索喷+钢筋混凝土砌碹联合支护结构稳定性好、强度高,并能充分利用围岩自承载能力,较好地满足硐室长期稳定和防渗等要求。In order to ensure the excavation and support safety of a large cross section equipment chamber in No.98 line blind shaft of Maoping Lead and Zinc Mine,according to the large cross section chamber,broken surrounding rock and high geostress and other features,in the construction of the chamber,an excavation technology was applied with“top and low pilot channels,arch construction first and sidewall construction second and slicing excavation”combined with“trackless convoluted ramp and chute waste discharging”.Also the bolt/steel mesh/anchor/shotcreting+reinforced concrete lining combined support mode was applied and an expected effect was obtained.The monitoring and measured results of the surrounding rock deform showed that the bolt/steel mesh/anchor/shotcreting+reinforced concrete lining combined support structure would be good in stability and high in strength,would fully utilize the self loading capacity of the surrounding rock and could well meet the long term stability and water leakage prevention and other requirements of the chamber.
