摘　　要：鉴于当前建井速度不断加快,矿山建设方一般要求在井筒冻结工程停冻后,即对冻结管进行充填。盐水水泥浆充填冻结管技术较好地解决了普通水泥浆及含水材料在负温环境下充填冻结管时的结冰堵塞问题,实现了停冻后及时充填冻结管,既可保证施工质量,又可缩短工期,也可为井筒后续永久锁口和改绞施工提前腾出作业场地。该项技术已先后在多个冻结井筒工程中,得到了成功应用,为井筒冻结工程提供了新的作业手段,也为废弃盐水处理找到了一条新的途径,是一项绿色环保技术。该项技术对推动我国冻结法凿井技术的发展有着积极的作用。Due to the present mine shaft construction speed continually speeded up,the mine construction party generally would require to have a backfill of the ground freezing pipe as soon as the ground freezing operation stopped for the mine shaft freezing engineering.The ground freezing pipe backfill technology with the saltwater cement slurry could well solve the ice jamming problem of the conventional cement slurry and water bearing material during the backfill of the ground freezing pipe under the minus temperature environment and could realize a intime backfill of the freezing pipe after the ground freezing operation stopped.The backfill would not only ensure the construction quality,but could reduce the construction period and also could prepare the operation site in advance for the late miner shaft permanent lock and the winch exchanging construction.The technology was applied to several mine freezing shaft sinking projects one after another with the successful applications.The backfill technology could provide the new operation means to the mine freezing shaft sinking projects,found a new approach to handle the waste saltwater and would be a green environment protection technology.The backfill technology would play an active role to promote the development of China ground freezing method mine shaft sinking technology.
