独活寄生汤加减对绝经后骨质疏松症患者(肝肾阴虚)骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的效果及对患者(肝肾阴虚)骨密度(BMD)及骨代谢指标的影响。方法:选取2015年2月-2017年7月因绝经后骨质疏松症(肝肾阴虚型)于本院就诊的患者80例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组联合独活寄生汤加减治疗,3个月为一疗程,比较两组治疗前后骨代谢及BMD改善情况,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组股骨颈、腰椎BMD均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CTX低于对照组,BGP高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减治疗绝经后骨质疏松症效果显著,可有效改善BMD,调节骨代谢指标,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis and its effect on bone mineral density(BMD)and bone metabolism index in patients with liver kidney yin deficiency.Method:80 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis(liver kidney yin deficiency)were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to July 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and observation group combined with Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction,3 months for 1 course of treatment.The bone metabolism and BMD were compared between two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the BMD of femoral neck and lumbar spine in observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the CTX of observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the BGP was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%,higher than 75.00%of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction is effective in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,can effectively improve BMD and regulate bone metabolism indicators,which is worth promoting.
