术野自动牵拉暴露粘贴法在低位肛瘘手术中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨术野自动牵拉暴露粘贴法在低位肛瘘手术中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年6月因低位肛瘘于本院行手术治疗的患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用徒手法暴露术野法,观察组采用自动牵拉暴露粘贴法。比较两组术者与助手满意度评分、术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间情况,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)及疼痛(VAS)改善情况。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SAS、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术者、助手满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自动牵拉暴露法有助于暴露术野,提高术者和助手的满意度,加快手术进程,缩短住院天数,促进术后恢复,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the application value of automatic traction exposure paste method in low anal fistula operation.Method:100 cases of low anal fistula treated by operation in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual exposure method,and observation group was treated with automatic traction exposure paste method.The satisfaction scores of surgeons and assistants,the operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss of two groups were compared,and the improvement of anxiety self rating scale(SAS)and pain(VAS)were compared between two groups.Result:The operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss in observation group were less than those of control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the SAS and VAS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction scores of surgeon and assistant in observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The automatic traction exposure method can help to expose the surgical field,improve the satisfaction of the surgeon and assistant,speed up the operation process and shorten the hospital stay,promote postoperative recovery,and be worthy of clinical use.
