摘  要:目的:探究呼吸肌功能锻炼对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能、运动耐力及生命质量的影响。方法:2015年1月-2017年1月,70例老年COPD患者被纳入本研究并随机分组,其中对照组(35例)行单纯药物治疗,在对照组基础上观察组(35例)加用呼吸肌功能锻炼,6个月后对比两组肺功能、运动耐力及生命质量指标的差异。结果:干预后,与对照组比较,观察组的FVC、FEV_1及FEV_1/FVC水平明显升高,6 min步行距离明显增加,6 min步行后的呼吸、心率明显平稳,各项SGRQ评分及总评分明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸肌功能锻炼可改善老年COPD患者的肺功能、运动耐力及生命质量,对于患者的预后康复意义重大。Objective:To investigate the effect of respiratory muscle exercise on lung function,exercise endurance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:From January 2015 to January 2017,90 cases of elderly patients with COPD were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=35)treated with drug,on the basis of the control group,the observation group(n=35)treated with respiratory muscle exercise,after 6 months,the lung function,exercise tolerance and life quality index of two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC levels were significantly increased,6 min walking distance were significantly increased,after 6 min walking the breathing and heart rate were significantly stable,SGRQ score and total score were significantly decreased compared with the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory muscle exercise can improve the lung function,exercise endurance and life quality of elderly patients with COPD,it is important for the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.
