家庭健康教育对全喉切患者出院后生活质量的影响及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭健康教育对全喉切除患者出院后生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年12月-2016年10月本院行全喉切除术的患者64例,按照随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组,各32例。对照组进行常规的护理和电话随访;干预组在对照组基础上联合家庭健康教育。比较术前和出院后2周的焦虑(SAS评分)、抑郁(SDS评分)情况。结果:术前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后2周,干预组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时在随访时发现,干预组能够按时复诊,积极面对生活和疾病;对照组复诊时不够积极,不愿和人交流,个别还存在抱怨社会,抱怨生活。结论:全喉切除患者出院后实施针对性家庭健康教育可明显缓解其不良心理状态,使其能够正确面对康复过程,提高出院后的生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of family health education on the quality of life of patients with total laryngectomy after discharge.Method:A total of 64 patients underwent total laryngectomy from December 2013 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into intervention group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was followed up with routine telephone follow-up and nursing,and intervention group combined with family health education on the basis of control group.The anxiety(SAS score)and depression(SDS score)between two groups were compared before and after discharge 2 weeks.Result:Before the operation,the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after discharge 2 weeks,the scores of SAS and SDS in intervention group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,during the follow-up period,the intervention group was able to return to the doctor on time,actively face life and disease,the control group was not active enough to return to the clinic,unwilling to communicate with others,and some complained about the society and complained about life.Conclusion:The implementation of targeted family health education in patients with total laryngectomy after discharge can significantly alleviate the adverse psychological state,so that it can correctly face the process of rehabilitation and improve the quality of life after discharge.
