摘  要:建立了超声辅助分散液液微萃取结合高效液相色谱法测定空气中苯、甲苯和二甲苯含量的新方法。采用乙腈∶水(1∶4,v/v)混合溶液作为吸收剂,用二氯甲烷萃取,超声,离心后沉积相进行HPLC测定。对分散液液微萃取的因素进行了优化,在最优条件下,空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的浓度在0.01~1.0μg/m L范围内,呈良好的线性关系。平均加标回收率为85%~95%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~4.4%。本方法具有简单便捷、萃取率高、有机溶剂消耗少等特点,适于空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的快速同时测定。A novel method for the determination of Benzene,Toluene,Dimethylbenzene in ambient air was developed by pretreatment of ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography.The analyte was extracted with acetonitrile∶water(1∶4,v/v)solution,which was followed by the extraction with dichloromethane.Then after ultrasound and centrifugation,sedimentary facies were determined by HPLC.The important parameters that affected the extraction efficiency were studied.Under the optimum conditions,the contents of benzene,toluene,dimethylbenzene were linear with peak areas in the range of 0.01μg/mL^1.0μg/mL.The average recoveries ranged from 85%to 95%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)between 2.3%and 4.4%.This method is simple and accurate,with high efficiency of extraction and little consumption of organic solvent.In addition,it is suitable for the determination of benzo(a)pyrene in ambient air.
